node3.dfw2 not routing calls correctly

Customers on node3 at our DFW2 facility experienced an issue this morning with call completion. Calls were not being routed correctly due to an issue with a recent upgrade and a loss of connection to our routing engine. Engineering was able to resolve the problem and call flow was returned to normal.
