Resolved
Call completion was affected for customers on pod03 beginning at 5:45pm CDT. The pod entered a hung state where it was still accepting requests but was not processing calls. This resulted in the failure of real-time failover and a delay in our monitors triggering.

We have identified the issue, made immediate changes to our monitoring rules and will be adjusting conditions for failover to allow for this particular scenario and prevent a repeat occurrence.
