Between 5:25pm CST and 6:26pm CST users experienced intermittent call completion and registration issues due to an upgrade to registration services deployed by the engineering team earlier in the morning. The newly upgraded service was unable to process all incoming requests. The engineering team identified and corrected this issue. Legacy customers were unaffected by this issue.
