Partial degradation in Message-Waiting and line key status lights (BLF)

A fix has been implemented and we monitoring the results. BLF and MWI services are functioning normally. A subset of devices may have non-functioning MWI or delayed line key statuses for up to 30 minutes.

Cytracom Engineering is investigating an issue with the BLF services affecting the message waiting lamps and line key statuses for a subset of customers. Updates will be posted here.
