We are notifying you of scheduled upstream network maintenance that may impact a subset of customers during the maintenance window below.

Maintenance Window
Start: Thursday, May 7, 2026, 10:00 PM CDT
End: Friday, May 8, 2026, 4:00 AM CDT

Our upstream data center provider will be performing core network infrastructure maintenance affecting portions of the Dallas/Waco network region.

During this window, some customers may experience intermittent network reconvergence, increased latency, packet loss, or brief service interruptions. The upstream provider has advised that there may be up to two interruptions of up to 10 minutes each, though the total impact could be longer depending on the complexity of the work.

Potential Impact
A subset of customers may experience intermittent issues with:

Phone registration
Inbound or outbound calls
Call audio quality
One-way audio
Temporary call failures

No action is required from customers at this time. Our engineering team will monitor the environment throughout the maintenance window and will take action as needed to minimize customer impact.

We will provide updates if we observe customer-impacting issues or if the maintenance window is extended.
