Emergency maintenance is required to address security engine processing efficiency in the US-Southeast (ATL) region due to significant customer growth. During this maintenance, a small number of customers in our US-Southeast (Atlanta) region will experience a brief 5 minute disruption to agents and bridges homed in the region as resources are optimized and rebalaced for maximum regional performance.
