We have resolved the ability to make and receive phone calls from Cytracom Desktop, Cytracom Mobile, and physical desk phones.

We have identified the root cause of the issue as a network outage to our data centers and have resolved the ability to make and receive phone calls from Cytracom Desktop and physical desk phones. We are still experiencing intermittent issues with Cytracom Mobile, but we are actively working to address these issues. Further updates will be posted as they become available.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting call completion. Some customers may not be able to make or receive calls.
