Scheduled maintenance will take place in our Midwest (ORD) region on Friday, September 25, beginning after 11:00 PM CT to replace infrastructure hardware. ControlOne services in the ORD region will be unavailable for approximately 60–90 minutes during the maintenance window. Following completion, our team will validate service restoration and monitor the environment to ensure systems are operating normally.
